  • Republish the Data on other websites, databases, or platforms

✅ Permitted Uses

You MAY:

  • Manually use the Applicability Checker for personal or business compliance assessment
  • Link to cyber-laws.com as a reference in reports, presentations, or documentation
  • Quote brief excerpts with proper attribution in articles, blog posts, or educational materials
  • Save individual results for internal use within your organization

Important: "Fair use" of brief excerpts does not extend to systematically extracting or replicating substantial portions of the Data, even with attribution.

⚖️ Enforcement

Violations of these restrictions will result in:

  • Immediate IP blocking: Access to the Website will be terminated
  • Legal action: We will pursue DMCA takedown notices, cease-and-desist letters, and claims for damages under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws
